Beachfront and budget friendly rooms! Great service from the great owner and her staff! Will definitely be back!

It wasn't my first time staying here (I loved it the first time and I always recommend this resort to my friends), but the second time around I was a little disappointed. I had two occasions when I needed to ask something thru the reception and there were no people despite ringing the bell many times. Moreover, one of the bunk beds in the room seems like infested by wood mites since wood grains have been falling off the floor. The bathroom was clean but could use some improvements. We booked through RedDoorz and there were supposed to be complete set of toiletries and mineral water, but we only had bath soaps. The double locks were damaged as well. However, I will always vouch for the location of this resort because it's right in front of the beach. If you book the beachside room, you can just party from your own balcony. There were also new restaurants inside (Salad Stoke, Ramenrique, Alegria and Mang Jose) with nice food options. There was an ample parking space for guests with cars.

The only good part of this place is the low cost location being on the beach. Other than that, the bathrooms didn't have a working toilet and no hot water. The entire night our electricity was cut out and the receptionist was of no help at all. Definitely could not stay at this place for more than one night

I have been to La Union for years but never checked in front of the beach. This is the best resort so far to me. Plus my good friend is a head chef here no bias the view and the spot here is great.

The rooms are so pricy and it's not worth the money. It was dirty and the bed and bathroom was small---disgusting, there were cigarettes and used shampoos all over the place. The shower was rusty like what the heck? AND the staffs were rude! Ew. Choose a different place to stay at for yall peace of mind.

Rooms are dirty and staffs are rude. I complained about dirty room and they didn't even say sorry. Rude staffs, especially the one in reception. I talked to the owner and she doesn't have sense of accountability. Do not check in here. Instead of relaxing during our vacation, we were stressed out because of their service!

Woman was very rude upon arrival when we checked in. The staff continued to be poor afterwards. They refused to replace the bulb in the shower room. They refused to give us the wifi code, (they eventually did, but the wifi was useless). The shower room smelled of urine. They started hammering away directly beneath our heads at 8am. The room looked nothing like the photos. It was super basic with gaps in the walls and no mosquito net. We were bitten by mosquitos lots of times and killed a few cockroahes during our stay. There are lots of other places to stay around here. I recommend staying somewhere else.

Some of the rooms, are good all in all it is an OK place to stay in a budget. You can go without reservations but better book at reddoorz. I am only sensitive on the dust on the window exterior area of the facilities. All in all, this is an OK place to stay give it a chance. If you would like to be closer on the seaside.
